For cutting the metal to length and punching 3mm diameter holes prior to riveting. Complete with 3mm, 5mm and 6mm interchangeable blocks/pins. Punch 5mm holes in 5mm thick materials and 3mm or 6mm holes in 3mm thick materials. Shearing capacity: 25 x 5mm (flat strip), 6mm for round or square bars.
