A 25g pot of Black Fabric Transfer Dye.
These Fabric Transfer Dyes are excellent for dyeing synthetic fabrics such as polyester, nylon, cellulose acetate, Lutradur and Evolon. They are also called disperse dyes. For deep shades use 25g of dye to 125ml of water, for pastel shades use 25g of dye to 500ml water.
Use this dye to soak your fabric or apply as paint. If you want to thicken up the dye for painting and printing onto synthetics, mix with Manutex.
These dyes can also be used on mixed fibre fabrics as long as the natural fibre content is less than 25%. If it's higher than this, brush on a layer of Specialist Crafts Transfix Fabric Preparation and leave it to dry thoroughly before applying colour.
