Product Description
Procion mx dyes produce bright, clean permanent colours so are ideal for cold water, multipurpose fabric dyeing. Perfect for cotton, linen, viscose and silk, will also dye polyester/cotton mixes but to lighter shades. Ideal for many methods including washing machine dyeing, tie dyeing, dip dyeing, airbrushing, printing, twisting, sponging and spraying. All colours are intermixable or one colour can be dyed over the other. A little of this dye goes a long way!
• For pale shades use 1g dye per 100g dry fabric weight
• For medium shades use 2g dye per 100g dry fabric weight
• For deeper shades use 4g dye per 100g dry fabric weight
Each 25g will dye between 650g and 2.5kg dry weight, depending on strength of colour required.
For best results, use with Soda Ash Procion Dye Fixer and salt.
