The rotary cutting wheel is made of Sheffield tungsten steel and is self-sharpening to give precise and consistent cutting results over a wide range of materials.

The twin bar system, supported by metal end castings, ensures the rigidity essential for accurate cutting performance, yet it still enables the sharp cutting head to glide smoothly on nylon bearings.

A tough melamine base has been selected as it will accept the user's own additional cutting guides from a semi or permanent marking pen, although the unit comes complete with a built in measuring rule marked off in cm, mm and inches and 'A' paper sizes.
