Product Description
Durable, non-toxic and solvent stable clear plastic which can be shaped at around 120°C with a heat gun and heat resistant gloves or with a vacuum forming machine.
To get smooth shapes use a damp sponge to avoid glove imprints. Pieces can be joined when heated but if you are reworking the scraps to form moulded shapes they can turn a milky white.
It can be painted with acrylic paints or if using spray paints first coat with a plastic primer.
Note: this material is injection moulded and faint inject lines are still visible in the finished sheet.
